Wine & Dine No. 72 on November 23rd, 2023

Three to four times a year, we present top German and international winemakers at the "Birke" who give entertaining talks about their approach, their philosophy, the quality of their wines and the special features of their estate's viticulture. These events are moderated by our wine partner Jan Marxen from Marxen Wein in Kiel. 5 German and 5 mostly foreign wines will be presented to you. These wines will be accompanied by a special 5-course menu. Because a good wine goes with a good meal.
